And now, a special treat for everyone – a Sunday strip in color!
This was colored both by hand and digitally in Photoshop. For me, it was a labor intensive process. I may need to hire someone to digitally color future works.
I am pleased with the top two panels; I was aiming for Sergio Leone’s cinematic technique of juxtaposing distant shots with closeups. Ace’s attire is also inspired by Sergio Leone’s Dollars trilogy. His hat and olive poncho is similar to that of the Man with No Name (Clint Eastwood).
