Yep, Tab Stop is here to run the town newspaper. Though historically speaking, I’ve put the cart before the horses; when a new town was started up in the Old West, the newspaper was one of the first buildings to be raised. The printed newspapers were used to get outsiders interested in coming to the town to settle.
